1. About ThriveVault

ThriveVault sells digital PDF guides on topics such as everyday wellness, routines, stress, finances, parenting, and relationships. All content is offered for general informational and educational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase on this Site. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Digital Products & Delivery

All ThriveVault products are digital PDF downloads. After completing your purchase, you will be provided with an instant download link and/or an email containing your file(s). Because our products are delivered electronically, there is no physical shipment. You are responsible for downloading and saving your files; please make sure to store them safely after purchase.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or adjust pricing and promotions at any time, including during launch sales or limited-time offers.

Payments are processed through one or more secure third-party payment processors. Accepted payment methods may include major credit and debit cards and other electronic payment options offered at checkout. ThriveVault does not store your full payment-card details on our servers. By submitting payment, you authorize us (and our processor) to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees imposed by your jurisdiction or your payment provider.

5. No Refunds — All Sales Final

Because of the immediate, downloadable nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued, regardless of whether the file has been opened, downloaded, or used. We encourage you to read each product description, review any preview pages provided, and review these Terms carefully before purchasing.

If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your file, please contact us within 14 days at hello.thrivevault@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you access your purchase.

6. License & Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including ThriveVault guides, text, graphics, logos, branding, and product designs — is the property of ThriveVault and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and intellectual-property laws. When you purchase a guide, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use that guide for your personal use only.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, copy, reproduce, modify, repackage, train AI models on, or commercially exploit any ThriveVault product, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. Each purchase is licensed to a single individual. Sharing your purchased files publicly or with others is a violation of these Terms and of copyright law.

ThriveVault content is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or improvements in health, finances, relationships, parenting, or any other area of life. Individual experiences vary based on many personal factors outside our control.
